You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
Any quotes, estimates, or pricing information provided through the Site or in response to a request are estimates only and are not a binding contract for service. Final pricing is confirmed in writing and may vary based on the actual scope of your move, access conditions, volume, and other factors assessed at the time of service.
Moving and storage services are provided subject to a separate service agreement entered into at the time of booking. That agreement, together with any bill of lading or work order, governs the actual provision of services, including liability, valuation coverage, cancellation, and payment terms.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and embedded third-party content (such as YouTube videos). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites and services.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information on the Site is complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foster's Moving & Storage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. This limitation does not affect any rights or obligations under a separate signed service agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
